Registration Information

No registration is required for festival activities (readings, craft talks, panels, poetry slam, etc.), which are free and open to the public. Registration is required for the Gala Banquet on Saturday, and registration for the banquet is available at the link below.


Gala Banquet: 6:00 - 7:45 p.m.  Casper Petroleum Club
Join the Equality State Book Festival artists, staff, and honored guests at the Petroleum Club for a deluxe buffet and a fun keynote speech by notable children’s author, ALAN Award winner, and master of witty repartee Jack Gantos. Banquet tickets are $25 and can be purchased via the secure form under the “register” link on this website. Deadline for purchase: Sept. 22nd.  Sorry, tickets are non-refundable. 

Quality Inn of Casper has given book festival attendees the school rate of $78.99/night. Rooms will be blocked until 9/9/2010.  You must say you are attending the Equality State Book Festival and ask for this rate when making your reservation.
