Meet The Authors

Ted Leeson

Ted Leeson has been a freelance writer for over 20 years and is currently a contributing editor to Fly Rod & Reel and Field & Stream magazines. He is the author of two books of essays, The Habit of Rivers and Jerusalem Creek and, with photographer Jim Schollmeyer, co-author of six books on fly tying. He lives in Corvallis, Oregon where he has taught English at Oregon State University for the past 25 years. Leeson will appear on the panel: "Catching the Big One: Writers on Trout" scheduled for 10:45 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 20, at the Nicolaysen Art Museum. He will be available to sign books after the panel.
