John D. Nesbitt teaches English and Spanish at Eastern Wyoming College. He has had more than twenty books published, including short story collections, contemporary novels, and traditional westerns. John has won many awards for his work, including two Wyoming Arts Council literary fellowships (one for fiction, one for non- fiction), and a Western Writers of America Spur finalist award for his crossover western-mystery Raven Springs. His newest book is a contemporary mystery entitled Poacher's Moon. Nesbitt will moderate the panel: "Publishing from the Ground Up", scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 20th at the Nicolaysen Art Museum, and will be available to sign books following the panel.
